Lifestyle and fitness (swim wear) was an area in the pageant competitions I had to work on constantly. I believe most ladies in a pageant and even those of you who have never competed in a pageant can agree that we don't like the idea of getting in a bikini. We all have our areas that we wish would magically shape up...


It takes work, hard work! I realised one day that there would never be a convenient perfect time to workout or eat right or CHANGE... I just had to DECIDE and then COMMIT to my journey to BECOME who I believed I  can be. Success is never easy, however hopefully you're not looking for easy. If you're looking for RESULTS, I think we're going to make a great Team!


So, prior to beginning one of my lifestyle and fitness programs you must know that your journey will begin with 5 things:

1. SET YOUR GOAL

WHY? Build up your dream and vision for the results you desire. Why are you wanting this goal to happen? When we achieve the results you want along your journey, what will it mean for your life? Why should you make positive changes?

WHEN? Without a due date, a dream is only a halucination. Someday never happens. Set the specific date for when you want your results. We'll talk together more about what will be required and be in agreement.

WRITE YOUR GOAL ON PAPER AND PUT IT SOMEWHERE YOU WILL SEE IT EVERYDAY. The bathroom mirror is a great place!

2. MENTAL TOUGHNESS (Attitude!)

This is not going to be easy because this will require you to change and do something different. Results are not instantaneous. Nothing valuable and long-lasting happens quickly and easily. Growth requires patient persistance and a GREAT ATTITUDE!

3. EATING BALANCED/ DRINKING 8 GLASSES OF WATER

We'll talk about your current eating habits, favourite foods, allergies, drinking water, lifestyle etc. We'll put a plan together together.

4. WORKOUT

WHY WHY WHY should they talk to you about WORKOUTS? We all know it is important to be active but sometimes need someone else to help us make a plan. Your fitness level and body type is unique and we need to customize you workout depending on your experience level and goals and also amount of time you have available in your schedule. I will help you have a simple plan of action.

5. REWARD SYSTEM

When I competed in a pageant, my reward was to wear a crown or at least feel prepared to win. In everyday life it is important to figure out what motivates you; feeling good in your skin, looking classy and sexy in a dress, feeling great for an important event, confidant health, energy, family and friends, etc.

After we go through these 5 steps I will design with you a personalized plan to reach your goal. You can do it and I will be there to equip, empower, guide and encourage you.

- 30min follow up in 2 weeks to talk about journey: $50
